The Retail E5.2 plastic pallet is light, nestable, and meets all food distribution requirements. Leading European food discounters have been relying on its predecessor model for years, which is 100 percent compatible with the Retail E5.2. Thanks to an extensive redesign of the deck structure, the Retail E5.2 features an even higher load capacity.

The low weight of the plastic pallet facilitates manual loading and unloading by employees, it requires little space for storage when empty due to its nestability, and it leaves sales areas looking nice and neat. When used in this capacity, it is the perfect alternative to wooden pallets, which can cause chipping, moisture, and high subsequent costs.

Other highlights for many visitors at the Cabka-IPS booth were the plastic pallets of the Endur family. These are particularly suitable for companies that require very robust, heavy-duty load carriers that can easily handle high circulation rates. The quality of the Endur pallets is ensured by their design and the way they are manufactured. For example, many Endur pallets are subjected to the gas-injection method during production. This yields internal voids in the load-bearing system of the pallet, which makes the plastic pallets particularly resistant to bending and resilient when used in high-bay racking. Optional slide protection on the top deck, bottom deck, or bottom support will satisfy all high-performance pallet needs.

At the Europack Euromanut CFIA trade fair in Lyon, Cabka-IPS demonstrated plastic load carriers that render logistics processes more efficient and cost-effective. The company’s Retail E5.2 picking pallet was of particular interest to the visitors.
