FAQ: Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company? A2: Detailed drawings (PDF/STEP/IGS/DWG...) with material, quantity and surface treatment information. Usually a quotation for a product is sent in 24 hours after we receive enquiry with all the necessary detatils Q3: Can I get a quote without drawings? A3: Sure, we appreciate to receive your samples, pictures or drafts with detailed dimensions for accurate quotation. Q4: How can I get a sample for quality check? A4: After quotation, if needed, you can ask for samples to check quality. We are willing to provide with sample for quality and function testing. sample fee is needed, will be returned when mass production if possible. Q5: How about the lead time? A5: Generally, we need 5~10 days for samples, but it can be shortened for urgent order. 3-4 weeks for mass production. Q6: What will you do if we receive poor quality parts? A6: Please kindly send us the pictures, our engineers will find the solutions and remake them for you asap.

Plastic injection molding and die casting are highly similar processes. Their main difference is simply what materials are used in those processes. Injection molding may have an advantage, however, due to the reduced expense of molding plastic does not need to be raised to nearly as high of a temperature as metal to be put into a mold).
