But a superior material alone can’t deliver on the promise of UHMW-PE, because it’s not an easy material to turn from powder into parts. We have mastered UHMW-PE compression molding in ways competitors haven’t. We design solutions for complex, 3D products and machine the molds ourselves. And with a proprietary and increasingly automated production process, we compression mold parts in high volumes. Without the costly waste that comes when machining parts from plastic sheets.
